Kyiv gets its affiliate conference on Tuesday, 15 September 2026. Conversion Forum Kyiv is a one-day event by Conversion Club at Pochayna Event Hall, 23 Stepana Bandery Avenue, with an official after-party in the same hall from 19:00.
Conversion Club runs the same format in Warsaw and Limassol: one room, one day, and a crowd of affiliates, media buyers, advertisers, networks and founders. The Kyiv edition lists iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, performance marketing, nutra and dating as its verticals. Expect the usual layout, a stage with talks and a floor of stands where the real conversations happen.
Who it is for
If you buy traffic for a regulated product, this is the closest place to look a seller in the eye before the money moves. If you sell it, the room is your market. If you are an author or a small publisher, the value is different: you hear what advertisers are short of this quarter, and that is a list of things worth writing about.
Five questions for any stand
We wrote about what happens when traffic gets resold without anyone in the chain adding value. A conference floor is where those chains start, so here is the short version of the audit, small enough to ask between handshakes.
- Who produced the visit? Not the network, the person or the page. If the answer is a source you cannot name, you are buying a resale.
- Can I see the placement? A real seller shows the post, the page or the creative. A reseller shows a dashboard.
- Which markets are you licensed for, and which am I? Google's gambling certification since 26 August ties ads to licensed entities in the targeted region. Grey traffic into a market you cannot serve is a cost, not a customer.
- What do you count as a conversion? A click, a registration and a first deposit are three different products at three different prices.
- What happens to my data after the campaign? Ask before the contract, not after the leak.
Write the answers down at the stand. The ones who answer all five are the ones worth a second meeting.
Practical notes
The venue is on the left bank by Pochaina metro. Registration and the current programme are on the organizer's site; ticket tiers change closer to the date, so check there rather than in a listing.
For the wider Q4 picture, the autumn traffic sources guide covers which channels still hold for regulated brands and what to stop paying for.
